ART Training Bandipur, Tanahun

HDSN helped the Oral Health Focal Point, Department of health Services run an ART training program for 13 Government health workers from all over Nepal from the 13th of June 2011 till the 17th of June 2011 in Bandipur, Tanahun District. The five day training comprised of two days of theory followed by 3 days of camp held at a local Government Primary School, Shree Ratna Rajya Laxmi Primary School. The training was conducted by Dr. Kiran Raj Awasthi and was supported by Mr. Daulat Tuladhar from the oral health focal point. During the practical sessions a total of 113 teeth of 78 students and teachers were filled with glass ionomer cement.  The participants were given a set of instruments for their respective health posts to ensure that they continue with the skill they learnt during the five days.
