HDSN supported the District Health Office Lalitpur in running a free dental camp during their medical camp on the 3rd of June 2011. The camp was conducted in collaboration with the local Health Post of Dukuchap, DHO and HDSN at a school in Danuwar Village. Situated 20 km outside the valley towards the Southern side of Lalitpur, the school hosted more than 200 patients who received treatment for all kinds of problems. Those who needed medicine were also handed out medicines free of cost. Similarly 25 people received extractions and medicines during the camp. Dr. Kiran Raj Awasthi and Mr. Ajay Basnet were involved in conducting the dental part of the camp. The medicines were provided by the District Health Office of Lalitpur and HDSn supported the program with Human Resources and instruments needed to conduct the program.
